When she first learned of juicing, she immediately recognized that it was the logical next step in vegetarianism. She took that step ... and lived happily ever after. So far, anyway. Although Amy has since moved away from the farm life, the memories and life lessons taught on the farm will stick with her forever. My current book, The Key and the Broken Wing is based around two welsh resorts.
