The Apartment Complex
Sasha and Trish
I moved into my apartment shortly after my divorce was settled. I had found a room when my ex and I separated but with the divorce becoming final I decided to move into more comfortable accommodations. The complex was good sized but felt small with several buildings each with eight units featuring a mix of two and three bedroom apartments. It was not overly new which helped keep the costs down but has may of the comforts that many newer complexes had like a workout room, pool, clubhouse and plenty of parking. Being located between the university and the business district the complex attracted a variety of people from student, young professionals to retirees who don’t want the trouble a house entails. In the time since I moved into the apartment to start my new life post divorce I have met many very special people with special talents that I wish to share with you, my readers.
I am 52 years old but have been graced with genes that help me pass for about 10 years younger. I am tall, about 6’6 and a little overweight but working to loose the belly. I was married for over 20 years and have one son. While I was married for a long time it became apparent to both my ex and I that we were not compatible and it would be better for both of us to go our separate ways. My infidelities and habits plus her anger issues and frigidity did not help matters any. We went through a pretty painless divorce and remain friends for the sake of our son but there is little emotional attachment between the two of us anymore. I work as a corporate trainer that puts me on the road from time to time but lately has kept me close to home
Like many complexes mine has several common areas where those living there can congregate. In mine it is near the community center where the pool is located. The center also houses the rental offices, gym and a meeting room that can be used for birthday parties and the like. In a hall leading from the rental office to the pool is a community bulletin board where tenant’s can post notices and advertising. There were business cards from lawyers, real estate agents and insurance agents. There usually are several autos for sale and individuals selling Avon, Tupperware or other home party products. Once I saw one advertising a sex toy party but that is a story for another day. Some people put up ads offering services like handyman, auto mechanic or the like as well. It was one of theses that caught my eye
The ad was simply made with a large headline and several tabs with a phone number at the bottom. The title was “Two College Girls in Bikinis Cleaning Service.” Very few tabs had been pulled but I felt a need to pick one and see what this as about. There were no pictures or descriptions but I decided to call anyway.
A pretty young voice answered the call by the name of Sasha. She said that she and her roommate were trying to make some extra money cleaning apartments in the complex between classes. I told them that I would love to check out their service. Sasha said they the preferred to have a quick meet and greet first to review their rates and what they did. We scheduled the meeting for later that evening.
